Black privilege is being able to get away with saying things like “you people” and the n-word.

Some blacks say the most racially insensitive comments, and more often than not, no one blinks twice.
The word ‘nigga,’ in African American culture, simply means person. In the context of other races using it, it represents a time when blacks were oppressed by whites.

Any generalization—favorable or unfavorable—about any minority that someone does not like is by definition “racist” and deserves to be suppressed—as long as it is said by a white person. Black diversity consultants, in contrast, can parade, without a shred of empirical evidence, the grossest racial and ethnic stereotypes with virtual impunity.
